Boxy Tunic with Stripe Edges

Needles: 2.5, 2.5 Size: 48 Gauge: 6 sts 10 rws per 1" Estimated Ydg: 2674
Yarn: Filatura Superior (MC), with three colors of CC. I had planned to use turquoise Superior for the body with white angora (CC1), lemon angora (CC2), and mint angora (CC#3) [or possibly another angora that coordinates that is not turquoise].
Back
Cast on 168 sts. Work stockinette in MC for 2” (20 rows). Change to CC1.
Work 10 rows in CC1.
Switch back to MC and work 10 rows.
Work 10 rows in CC2.
Work 10 rows in MC.
Work 10 rows in CC3.
Switch back to MC and work until piece meas 19" [row 190]. Place underarm markers.
Cont in pat st until piece measures 31" [row 310].
Bind off 54 shoulder sts. Bind off 60 back neck sts. Bind off 54 shoulder sts.
Front
Work as for back, including all shaping and colorwork, and, at the same time when piece meas 27" [row 270], work to center 30 sts, attach another ball of yarn, bind off center 30 sts, complete row.
(Work both sides at once.)
Dec 1 st at each neck edge, every other row 15x.
Cont in pat st until piece measures 31" [row 310].
Work shoulder as for back.
Sleeves

Cast on 70 sts with MC.
Work one RS row. Begin sleeve shaping: Inc 1 st on each side every 4th rw 36x, then every 6th rw 1x.
At the same time, after 15 rows, switch to CC1 and work 10 rows. Then switch back to MC for 10 rows, then CC2 for 10 rows, then back to MC for the rest of the sleeve.
Cont in pat st until piece meas 16"[row 160]. Bind off 144 sts.
Neck Finishing
With CC3, pick up and knit stitches around neckline. Knit for 10 rows. Switch to MC for four rows, then bind off loosely knitwise.
